I also go to Planet Fitness early in the morning and as the Hodgetwins would say "I DO WHATEVER THE F*%$! I WANNA DO!" I agree with the people above light beer (michelob ultra) only 95 cals. Of course wine or straight vodka. But yes limit your drinks!

If im tired I usually drink advocare Spark. Not everyday but when I need it. I also hear beet juice before a workout. I tend to stay away from the pre workout supplements.

Its not horrible but its also not the greatest. I avoid it but I prefer mustard.
