How do you guys eat 1200-1500 calories a day?? I would be starving with this and need at least 1800 a day... Problem is I usually just clock 1800-2000 cals burnt on my Fitbit so the weight loss is extremely slow.. Any tips on curbing hunger?

It is a series of hiit for 5 days a week and it mentioned that you should see some changes by 2 weeks.. and I haven't! Perhaps I'm naive!

Anyone doing the bodyboss program? I have been at it for 2 weeks but I have not gained any muscle yet!
