About 3 years ago I lost 130 pounds. Highest weight 335. By the end of grad school in May I had gained back to 240! Yikes...here I am again! I am determined to lose what I gained back...plus make it down to my goal this time! Feel free to add me if you like

I have plenty of them. Years ago they were pretty red and obvious...they do fade over time. If they truly bother you that much, consider saving some money and seeing a plastic surgeon or even a dermatologist may be able to give you some options. Honestly, mine dont even bother me anymore. They are just part of me.

You are doing amazing! I also started at 335 (currently 234) so I know how daunting of a task that is! Keep going strong!

Its actually good. I have made one from zucchini also and I preferred that one. The trick with them both is that you must get as much of the water out as possible.

protein shakes, cottage cheese, greek yogurt.

I use cauliflower as a substitute for lots of starchy items. I also use zucchini "noodles" and spaghetti squash a lot. I fond that I dont even miss pasta and rice and actually feel bad when I eat it.

I think it would only be accurate if you did everything exactly the same for the next 5 weeks...just like it says. I dont think anyone have exactly the same activity and food everyday for 5 weeks. I dont find that it is accurate...more of a ballpark range for me. I kept track of it once just for fun...I may do it again :)…

protein and healthy fats keep me feeling fuller longer. Starch and carbs leave me wanting more carbs!

Snacking is rough. The only thing that works for me is simply not to have those "trigger" snacks easily available. Try snacking on things with more protein and less carb. Nuts, cheese, etc. Breastfeeding moms need the extra dairy anyway and they will keep you filling fuller. I find the more carbs I eat, the more I want.…

Which is why I never have a whole cake in my house....just buying single cupcakes is the way to go for me!

I think part of it comes down to genetics and age as well. Three years ago I went from 335 pounds to 210 (then regained 30...ouch), and yes...I lost breast size. They dont look so good without a bra now...but wearing a bra (or even a sports bra) they look fine. Of course...I am also 50, so age does play a part. I started…

Started back again today too. I lost 135 about 3 years ago and gained back 30 during the last year of grad school. Here I am to lose the re-gain and the rest of the weight I didnt lose from before. If I can lose 100 this time it would finally put me at goal! feel free to friend me :)

Me too :) I am re-joining today. I lost 135 pounds about 3 years ago....gained 30 back in my last year of grad school :( I let those bad habits back in. Here I am again to get those gained pounds off plus lose the rest of what I need to. High protein, reasonable amount of fat and lower carb worked for me before...here is…
