I try to turn that negative energy into exercise. Its times like that i get my best workouts in because i am more 'driven' than usual. If that makes sense. Work out your frustrations.

I really enjoy walking and hiking. I might enjoy running but i'm not there yet.

My fear is that i will plateau before i get to the weight that i want, and I am also fearful of lose skin. It would be devastating to lose that much weight and look like a big piece of loose skin.

Contrary to what you read on fitness blogs. There is no way to 'target' fat. All you can do is burn it and it will come off where it comes off. Men and Women burn fat in different places faster. I'd love to "cheat" but everything i've read says no food rewards. It is a diet after all. Once i hit my target weight. I may start eating things i want to eat, but when i do it will be in moderation and only on days that i get a big workout.
