Thank you all for your replies. I am not worried about muscle loss. I do at least 30 mins of cardio 6 times a week and 4-5 days a week I lift weights. I'm gaining muscle or at least not losing it. You can do it! Be patient with the weight loss. The scale will fluctuate. Don't let it get you down. I ask myself when in doubt, why am I doing this? There's a reason for my madness. You can. Log everything you eat (everything), restrict your calories, eat healthy foods, and get a little bit of exercise everyday. You'll see positive changes rapidly. Best wishes.

Nice goals! If you use the app to record all the food you consume, you restrict calories, and get a little bit of exercise daily. You will be successful. I plan on continuing to monitor my caloric intake after I reach my goal weight. I'm trying to make a permanent habit out of it. I wish you all the best!!!

Well peeps, I started this change 83 days ago and in that time I've lost 50 pounds. I did it by changing my diet to vegetarian ,restricting my calories, and working out nearly daily.
