I have a vegatini, it spins vegetables and spiral cuts them. I use zucchini to make spaghetti noodles and fresh tomatoes to make spaghetti sauce, then I add some fake ground beef and I've got spaghetti with "meat" sauce.

I've been using the app for 62 days and I changed my diet quite a bit. I've lost 40 lbs so far. The app takes a little while to get used to. Adding all food is important.

Try vegetarian. There are recipes on the web. I've done it and lost 40 lbs in 62 days.

I've gone vegetarian. I also do not eat and processed foods. It's really easier than I thought initially. I've lost 40 lbs so far. There are tons of recipes online. You might could give it a try. Add friends that will help you stay motivated. Best wishes, Brian

That means I can have egg white omelets with sliced cheese that come to about 100 calories for breakfast.

I've been using MFP for 62 days and I changed my diet to ovo-lacto vegetarian. I've lost 40.4 lbs so far. I could use some new friends. We could give each other some motivation.

Try eating ovo-lacto vegetarian. It's pretty easy. I also don't eat any processed foods. I feel fantastic.
