It's really great that you are working and trying different options to see what works for you. These journeys are always so personal, but doing the work is such a great achievement! Keep it up! Greek yogurt and granola is one of my favorites! I try to go for the plain Greek yogurt to keep my sugar lower, but it def. doesn't taste as good lol. Salads are a pretty good go to for sure.
