I agree with the post above 100%, a few years ago I lost 36 pounds and started getting a lot of compliments, more looks from men, nothing at all negative. I am happily married for 29 years so not interested but it did create in me a spirit of fear that I only realized consciously several years later after regaining the…

I have been tracking on MFP for 139 days and have lost 25 pounds so far, last couple days was intermittently lightheaded especially with doing squats---checked my blood pressure and it was low--- two days off of blood pressure meds and BP is still normal!!! Think I may be off meds for the long term--will keep tracking!!!

I think your eyes say it all...in the before pictures you look defeated, in the now pictures you are determined and strong! Great work, thanks for sharing.

Works great in mashed potatoes instead of butter and sour cream.

You can do it! Take some time to read through the success stories section, it is really motivating

For me it worked to make a commitment to track every bite and swallow, even if the number is over my goal for the day I will track it. Build the tracking habit and you will gradually make informed choices that work for you!

You haven't gained it all back since you are at 186 instead of 204. You have had your wake up call and can change what your doing now. Give yourself a break and regroup! Moving countries, living with your Mother in law, Wow thats a lots of stress. You got this!

-
Dang wow dang. What a difference a year can make!

So I just saw this post today when it was needed. I have been logging for 90 some days and have lost 18 pounds, but the last few days I am just really getting grumpy about having to pay so much attention to what I eat. I am a few months from 50. Yesterday I looked up what my calories will be at maintenance and they are…

That's so true that time goes on regardless. I can be somewhere between 40-60 pounds lighter next year or I can stay the same (or gain ! Blech!). Keep on keeping on and the changes build up.

Great job and thanks for sharing the "in -between" where many of us are! I get in such a hurry to get to my new goal I needed this reminder to appreciate the changes I have made.

Wow, just wow. Bet you could hardly believe it yourself as you see your face everyday. Congrats on your drive and hard work!

One thing I have realized lately is that even though I have enough calories for cake or sweets they aren't always worth it because they turn on the CRAVE machine...it's definitely easier when that monster is quiet.

Happy anniversary, thanks for posting. It is very encouraging for me at 70 days on this journey. You look like a different woman!

Water pills will just dry you out and would be a very short term answer--until you drink anything. Just keep on drinking your water!
-
Your posture has really improved. You look ready to take on the rest of the journey. Congratulations

You look great! Bet you feel so much more energetic!
