My plantar fasciitis has disappeared with 10 pounds down!! I get out of bed and start walking without any knives poking my foot, I'm so excited.

Good job. It’s funny how no one will notice for a long time. Same thing happened to me. Everyone noticed at about30 pounds down—new scrub size. Keep it up!

I'm in the same boat although my youngest nugget is 21! I have lost 42-45 pounds but have been stuck for 6 months, grr. I will follow the calorie count for 5 or 6 days, then blow it and not lose an ounce. I think I will try maintenance for a longer while. I am tired of paying such close attention and still not losing...…

Get checked out! There is no prize for the most weights lifted or a hurry to get there. There are Kegel exercise weights you can use to strengthen your pelvic floor-- you can buy on Amazon, but check with your GYN first.

This is a really good idea for a thread! Mine is practical . When my pants are tight—TOM, too much dinner , retaining salt—instead of beating myself up about it I put on something soft and comfortable- or the next size up.
