@tkillion810 I upped it to 1300 over the weekend and I feel wayyyy better, also increased by carb intake (but not going over the ratio). Thanks everyone for the advice.

Don't know if you answered this already. But what fitbit do you have? From what I noticed, the Charge HR is a bit more accurate in calorie burn because it uses your heart rate. Like @Nuke_64 I'm hard pressed to burn 490 calories in my 45 minute cycling class.

My caloric intake is currently is in 1200's (I've been debating on upping that). I'm now doing (40 c, 25 f, 35 p) but last week I was (30 c, 20 f, 50 p) for my macro ratio.
