Add me. My older friends seemed to have disappeared off the app.

Yes, I'm celibate by choice. I hate people.

Ate 4 JR bacon cheesburgers from Wendys' on the way to my families. Pretended like I hadn't eaten to justify me eating a giant sub from Jersey Mikes by myself in one sitting. Followed by dessert.

I prelog a week in advance. Even my "cheat" meals are on there (since I go out for dinner every Friday). I helps me stay within a fairly consistent macro range (don't want to overdo it on fat or carbs).

My diary is open as well. I only eat 1250 but you can add a lot with the additional 250 calories.
-
@itsthehumidity That's the best way I've heard it explained. I get tired of people asking me what I've done and not really hearing what I'm saying.
-
Add me, I'm trying to lose another 40 lbs.
-
If you have a heart rate monitor. That is the most accurate calorie estimation.
-
I wanted to add you as a friend but then I saw you're a Duke Fan. As an NCSU grad, I'm not sure this thing will work between us. Think I can overlook this MAJOR flaw and add you anyway.

There's this Triple Zero Greek Yogurt by Dannon. Has 15g protein, 0g fat, sweetened with stevia. I get a case of it at Sam's Club.

Before I upgraded to the Fitbit Charge HR, I would log my exercises and ignored the step calorie adjustment. The regular Fitbit doesn't take into account heart rate, but be careful MFP and Fitbit grossly overestimate calories burned (IMO).

Hello Christine. Feel free to add me as a friend. I've been at this for a little over a year and just recently hit the 75 lb mark.
-
What she said. Also regardless of what MFP has set for you, it's a pretty general and consistent rule to not eat below 1200 (at least for women).
-
You can definitely do it!! If any of you need friends/support just add me. I've been down this road and just reached the 75 lb mark.

I became obsessive with the weighing (and being disappointed when there weren't any changes). So I weigh in on the last day of every month.

What @lemurcat12 said start small. I started by taking my lunch instead of eating out. Something as simple as actually eating breakfast (at home instead of Mickey D's) makes a HUGE difference in my appetite for the rest of the day. Also look at the healthy things that you already like/love. I'm Southern, so I LOVE me some…

I cook my protein for the week on Sunday and pair it with 1 or 2 single-serve microwaveable vegetables. So all I have to do when I walk in is 5 minutes of heating up. Some folks prefer to prepare a meal but I'm lazy.

This worked miracles for me. I bought one in every color. I'm a DDD. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004OMMI2S?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage

@FGTisme Thanks for that, I never knew that it provided the net calories for the week. That was exactly what I'd been looking for!!!
-
Hey. You can add me. I started off at around the same weight. Definitely, understand the need for support on this site.
-
Protein fills me up. My evening meal is my most protein heavy one for this exact reason.

SW 275 CW 205 GW (initially) 165 GW (If I don't look like death at 165) 150

You can add me as well!

Wow, that escalated quickly. In my experience, the first month or so you'll see the pounds come off quick (I lost about 20 lbs my first month back), after that it will slow to normal. I personally would stay above 1200 (I tried dropping below and my energy lagged big time). To me (mind you this all in my opinion), getting…

Light English Muffin (Roast Beef, Laughing Cow Cheese Spread) with Banana it's only about 315 calories. Fills me up (at least until snack time).

Self confidence is key. I lack it and it effects my dating life as well. I have a friend that is larger than me that gets wayyyyy more action then I do.
-
Congratulations!!! I have about 50 more lbs to go (63 lbs down). You can definitely add me.

I love green curry sauce. Using lite coconut milk it comes to about 15 calories per tablespoon and its simple to make. 1 can of lite coconut milk, 1 tbsp of green curry paste (I add more), 1 tbps of brown sugar, and basil. I cook my chicken with salt and pepper and then add 2 tbsp of this on top.

I found myself getting obsessive with looking at the scale, I would sometimes get on it pretty much every day. When I didn't lose, I'd get discouraged, binge, and then eventually talk myself out of even making an effort. My saving grace this time around is getting on the scale ONLY at the first of the month. It saves my…

I think it goes a bit beyond frame too. I would even say that muscle density factors in as well. I'm fat but I wear a smaller pants size than my friend that is 20 lbs lighter than me.
