Hey welcome, you can click the blue plus icon in the app at the bottom then exercise -> cardio then find the various walking paces at the bottom then just enter the number of mins. You can also find the add exercise in your diary near the bottom and add from there. You can also go to More -> Steps -> Add device to track…
