  • Weightwatchers is the same! Fruit is zero points but it is not zero calories, so the only way to have a true reflection is to count calories consumed, I have given up on gimmicks!
  • I joined on Wednesday and live in the Midlands!
  • Really helpful advice, I am new to this too and I was wondering about exercise calories. Motivates me to move more if I can have a little flexibility but I have 1510 calls a day so don't think I will b struggling. If I don't use the exercise calls, guess my weight loss increases too so win-win!
  • I lost 28 lbs a couple of years ago by joining a club but then stopped going. Put on 14 lbs and now need to get on track but trying calorie counting and exercise to do it
  • Happy to encourage u anytime! I am new to calorie counting but have around 40 lbs to lose so here goes, feel free to add me

  • I joined today and I am logging everything. So far so good - have around 1500 calories to use a day and then can I use any activity calories too? Can I really still lose a 1lb a week? Doesn't seem possible
  • I have again tried Weight Watchers. Lost 3 1/2 lbs in 5 weeks
  • I have tried Weight Watchers again and despite keeping a log of my points it is so up and down. I have my daily calorie amount now and I earned some additional ones for activity. Can I still lose weight and have the total? You sure?
