Yes. I cut out dairy about 3 weeks ago and I noticed a big difference in my weight. I lost about 2 more lbs per week. Now I stay completely away from dairy and added salt.

I do two multivitamins everyday. One in the morning and one mid afternoon.

Everyone is different. I am a high endurance athlete and my calorie count isn't high either. Don't always feel obligated to eat more calories if you are full.

For me personally I stay away from carbohydrates if I can help it except for fruits and sweet potatoes. The only time I will eat carbohydrates really is before or immediate after a workout.
