Happy March 1st! This is my first group challenge, so I’m still getting used to the MFP community pages. I used CICO to lose 30 pounds a few years ago, then I stopped using it and gained it right back. Stress eating, especially end of day snacking, are things that I am working on, and tracking everything helps me avoid it.…
