I'm eating clean. Once I cut out pop from my diet my carbs went down. I mean I used to drink pop and juice all day, no water now that is reversed.

I increased my protein intake just last week, so far I've noticed that I'm not hungry as much. My meals have gotten a lot smaller

I set my goals to 25/25/50 c/p/f . I barely make protein and Never hit carbs. I don't hit my calories either. But I'm not hungry.

don't trust the scale, its a liar. Trust how your clothes fit.

I feel the same way. Actually the more I workout the less I want to eat. It is very rare that I can eat 5 meals a day. I have to set an alarm to remember to eat.

Don't give up. I have been having the same problem, friends keep saying "don't trust the number on the scale. Pay attention to how your clothes fit."
