  • My pre-first-baby weight would be nice, but I'm also excited about trying to get back some of my pre-second-baby upper abdominal muscles. (My second baby is about to turn six and I am about to turn 40, so I figured it was about time. On the plus side, I *am* already down to my pre-second-baby weight after a summer of MFP…
  • When I do (religious) fasts, I end them with a big glass of water, then some fruits/veggies (have these standing by cut up), then whatever I want and am still hungry for (but usually some protein & carbs - if anything I gravitate toward egg & cheese dishes, but YMMV). Imagine doing the same thing the next time someone posts about wanting to get rid of belly fat! (The original poster should of…
  • I'm 5'3.5". Right now I'm a little under 200 lbs. My immediate goal weight is 180 lbs (pre-kid #2) and then ultimately 160 lbs (pre-kid #1, aka my lowest adult weight). I'm also trying to establish healthy exercise patterns, though, which is more important than the scale. If I get to 160 and really feel like I need to lose…
