Wow. That is so cool. Good for you. I run and ride, but don't swim much. Sounds fun though. You may have inspired me to sign up for a trip. Maybe at the end of summer.

Heart attack. Had started eating better and working out prior to heart attack. Then about a month later started my normal yo yo to a 25 pound weight gain. Found this place after 11 pound gain and am now more focused.

Heart attack after I started eating better and exercising. Convinced my yo-yo of 20 - 25 pounds at least once every year was and is the cause. Still started the yo yo cycle again until I started having chest "weirdness" again. Insanity. Committed now. Going to "Do the Work".
