I complete my diary every day and it's says this is the weight you will be in five week but three weeks down the line I am nowhere near it. I guess everyone loses at a different pace.

I am new to MFP and want to purchase one of the wrist activity bands. I do one 60 minute session of cardio fit and the rest daily walks. Any advise one which device would be suitable please. I have been looking at Fitbit flex, charge and charge hr. Thx Jen.

Try one day eating the calories you earn from exercise and when you complete the days diary it will tell you how much you are expected to lose in 5 weeks. Then the next day don't use the calories you earn and see if you get a lower expected weight. Hope this helps. I don't eat the ones I earn, hoping it will help me lose…

Since 2011 I have lost 56lb but 14 have crept back on so I have joined MFP with the support of a nutritionist from my GP surgery. She has given me a target of 51 lb. I am keeping within my calories but today I have gone over the recommended fat intake! I would like to be added so we can support each other. Regards Jen. UK
