Sorry, what I meant to say was if they don't fit in the small stalls, let them use the handicap, and just be patient...they would much rather fit in the smaller ones!

No disrespect, but being overweight IS a handicap. Sure, the difference is obesity can be reversed, but if you don't fit in the small stalls, why not wait patiently like all the other ladies.
