Yeah a lot of my sports bras have gotten soft and arent as supportive as they used to be, do you might know if thats because of my boobs or from washing them?

Blogilates and FitnessBlender are free websites and brands and have calendars to reference off of (Blogilates targets mostly women while FitnessBlender has gender specific calendars) which are very helpful. You can use them as reference and tweak them to fit your busy schedule!

Yeah I always pull up a video from FitnessBlender when I dont know what I feel like planning for my workout, theyre great. 9/10 I just wish they could be my personal trainers in real life haha

I am not a fan of cardio, but when I do, its usually the Stairmaster. Ive grown to adore that machine. It does some help with keeping my butt lifted, but is also a hard workout if you add in lunges or increase the speed! It can be an easy HIIT workout or just regular cardio

Yeah same!! Unfortunately I think I need to cut back because Ive been maintaining my weight :neutral: I gave blood to the American Red Cross and have been set back on my exercising since Ive been super light headed just from walking up stairs! :(

I tried bulking up muscle and to do so, I needed more energy so that equated to more food in my system. So I gained around 7 pounds of muscle, but I was only weight training and not doing any cardio or eating in moderation, so I gained around 10 pounds of fat, too! I do too but I force myself to eat. I wont force myself to eat a big thing like a burger or even a salad. I'll stick to eating crackers and water until my calories are reached. What really helps is watching a show or doing some paperwork and mindlessly munching on popcorn or something that can fill your calorie deficit and…

My only problem with bulking/cutting is my self control. When I bulk, I used to eat too much (but I gained muscle mass like crazy but also gained fat) and it would be extremely hard for me to switch into cutting mode. I have a lot of respect with people who can keep up with that

Yeah Ive been doing that for two months and have lost 11 pounds! Have you ever had the issue of not being able to lose more fat, and did you lower your calories or increase exercise?

I have been doing so for two months and a half and have lost 11 pounds!! I just have been seeing all of these success stories revolving around losing weight from low-calorie diets and Paleo/Vegan/etc restrictive diets that dont fit my body so I was hoping Id hear that flexible dieting can go a long way!

Youre right I need to be more patient and just continue. I like exercising and its great for the health, but I dont know if I should do it because when you exercise, you get more hungry because your body needs more fuel to feed your muscles, but I feel like that would result in weight gain if I ate more.
