Like somebody else has said, it comes down to how much you want it. Your partner should be more supportive and help more with housework and looking after the pets... could you not do 30 mins high intense training on Tuesday, Thursday and saturdays?

Everybody has a bad day some people have a few days but you just have to pick yourself back up and continue. Remember why you started this in the first place. Set yourself mini goals to reach and reward yourself when you reach them there's nothing more satisfying than reaching your goals

Well that's just rude, smart father in law! I hope your husband is more supportive than that. Just take it one day at a time, even if you have a "bad" day never mind start fresh the day after.
