I'm in! I hope I'm not too late. Height 5'6" Weight 135 I'm def in healthy range and I've been squatting with weights for last month and have seen some improvement in toning but I think I still I need to shed couple pounds. Wish everyone good luck on their journey! :) Happy Sunday folks

Just consuming too much. Thought using a protein shake as one meal replacement per day would help

No! Just trying to cut carbs and feel full from a meal. Heard protein shakes can be beneficial to weight loss
