I do too, I just really like to meet the recommended 25g. If at the end of the day, I'm at 22g, I like to have just that little bit to top it off when I take the rest of my vitamins/medications. Nothing to crazy. Thanks for the suggestions though! I'll look into those.

More fiber in addition. There are days where I'm way over just on food, but on a weekly average I tend to fall a bit short. Nothing huge, but I do like to have my protein, calcium and fiber maxed out on the recommended amounts. I take a calcium suppliment, as I have issues with dairy, and I take both at the end of the day…
