This made me laugh. I eat the same breakfast 95% of the time - greek yogurt topped with strawberries, and a banana. Also, it's very common for me to have the same dinner 2-4 nights in a row, when I cook a big batch of something.

To echo what most everyone else has already said, I believe a "cheat" is just not being honest in your logging / diary. I'd also consider a cheat eating something you know you shouldn't be eating, given your weight loss goal. For example, I've already decided that at my 50 pound lost mark (hopefully about 2 weeks away!)…

I started gaining weight all of a sudden. When I asked friends for advice they said I likely wasn't eating enough, so that's when I started eating a little more. I'd get hungry, but it was manageable.

Thanks for the response! MFP set my daily intake goal at 3020 calories. I was eating around 1200-1300 daily, then the past couple days I upped it to 1500-1700 as suggested by friends. I weigh and measure everything that goes in my mouth, aside from water.

Thanks for all the great advice! I already only drink water. For the past 2 years, I've only had 1 can of soda per day (some days none), and strictly water after that.
