5'6" used to be 5'7" but losing stature with age :( SW: 268 CW: 245 GW: 165 Lowest weight 160. 40-45 minutes of cardio (treadmill, bike) 5 days a week. Also, machines in a circuit-type setting but nothing hard on my knees. Abs and arms and waist primarily. Sleep 6.5 to 7.5 hours every night.
