  • I LOVE avocado and their health benefits are incredible.....so I tend to downplay the calories on the day I have some. Avocados are also high in fat, but this is good fat our brains need, and a lot of the calories are in the oil that keeps collagen in good shape. I wouldn't sacrifice such a beneficial food due to numbers!…
  • I go to Complete Nutrition for my supplements, and they only give me what I need/what I can afford. I don't know what I'd do without them! I'm only on 4-5 supplements, which all have vitamin benefits as well as weight loss and energy assistance (I honestly have lost 20lbs with complete nutrition)!
  • I freaking LOVE toasting a bagel in butter on the cast iron! Sounds unhealthy, but you really use half the butter (one pat takes care of both sides versus a pat per side out of the toaster, and a whole grain bagel gives you good carbs to fuel your morning! :D
  • I "felt gross" as in "that particular food did not sit well in my stomach". I promise I don't have a disorder! :) honestly I'm not a huge fan of pre-made salads or sandwiches, so I think the grossness was a combination of too much and ingredients I don't normally eat.
