I just lose 125 lbs myself. Just eat clean , white meats such as chicken and seafood ground turkey, no pork, and lots of fresh veggies and fruit and complex carbs not simple cards. No junk or soda. All water :) good luck u can do it

Your body needs good sugar from fruit. You need atleast 15 grams of natural sugar a day or u will pass out. Ur body needs some sugar. Not bad sugar but good sugar all natural not added sugar
