I had a difficult delivery 12 years ago and my weight has slowly Crept up and up - it is soooo discouraging... I also suffer from pcos and I understand that can also play a roll ... I feel do defeated

My kids and my husband go to bed early and all I do is eat and watch tv - yes and the guilt is awful:( I was thinking about taking up knitting or something to keep my hands busy lol - I'm not even hungry? Just board I guess - I have not yet started working out and I am having a hell of a time with motivation- any tips?
