I don't log that type of thing either.

I'm a stress eater too. It sucks. When it strikes, I keep reminding myself that stuffing my face with food will only cause me even more stress later on. I drink water, take a walk around the office (because I'm usually at work when the stress hits), make a tea.

Old Navy is my go-to place for workout gear.

I love walking, but really want to start jogging/running. So much great advice here. I just wish I wasn't so unbelievably self-conscious about it. I don't know why, but I am and it drives me crazy.

I try not to eat after 8pm mainly because I tend to just choose junk food at that time.

I sync my my fitbit through my computer only, not with my phone. Doesn't bother me a bit. I love having a fitbit, it really motivates me to keep moving.

You are definitely not alone. I have had to work hard over the past couple of years to really separate food from emotion. It's so hard on some days and I still cave occasionally. I know now that there are certain snacks that I just can't keep in the house. It's not worth it because I can't have one cookie or a sliver of…

I can relate. On really stressful days, I literally just start thinking about having something to eat. That is my first thought when I get anxious. So I distract myself - exercise, like everyone said, is the ideal. But for me, I'm usually at work when it happens so I'll walk around the office for a few minutes and chug…

Same thing here. WW always worked for me, but this last time, with about 20 pounds to lose, I couldn't seem to stick with it. I'm on day 2 here. I have a fitbit and walking is my main form of exercise right now. I'll send a friend request!

Same goal for me here. I'm on day 2 as well. I used to actually love tracking my food and all of that and then just stopped trying. So I thought I'd give this place a try! Good luck:)

It's day one for me over here. This week my goal is to track my food everyday. I really need to get back in the habit of doing that!
