If it’s not too late, I’d like to join a team. I am new to this challenge. Thanks!

Hi everyone, feel free to add me as well. 48 years old. Have been struggling to get into shape for last few years and could really use some support!

Hi everyone, my name is Jen. So happy I stumbled upon this thread, it’s just what I need. I have been getting too used to having a drink or two, 7 nights a week. Typically a couple of shots of vodka. Nothing crazy, never drunk, but just not necessary. Especially when I am trying to lose weight, have struggles with sleep,…

Feel free to add me too. I log my food daily. Have been struggling with losing the last 15 pounds for about two years.

Sorry you’ve been through such a rough time. So many of us struggle with emotional eating so you are definitely not alone. It’s so hard when you know it’s wrong and you know it won’t make you feel better to eat the burger + fries or whatever but there’s still that pull and you do it
-
YES! Count me in. Feel free to add me.

Hi all! I’ve got 20 pounds to lose. Im 5’7” and my goal is 160lbs. Possibly more, but would be thrilled if I can finally get these pounds off. I’ve lost a lot of weight in the past and have managed to keep most of it off but I’ve still got work to do. I recently resigned from my job so for the time being I am at home job…

I’ve bought this brand a couple of times...really good.

I'm on day 20 of no sugar and pretty much no added sugars (doing my best). I feel so much better. I find that things like donuts completely mess me up and make me hungrier when I eat them. Knowing how good I feel without donuts, cookies, bread, etc. is really motivating.
-
Nope, I don't.
-
Please feel free to add me too!
-
Return it. There will always be another skirt to buy.

Wish I had an answer for you! I'm not there yet with my trigger foods. I try and I'm only successful as long as the container or package is sealed. Once I open it, game over. The problem for me is that my trigger foods are the foods I go to when I stress eat. It's a bad combo for me.

My daily goal is at 1400 but I tend to finish most days at 1200. Feel free to add me too

I log weight gains. I find it's the only way for it to really hit home with me so that I deal with the issue (not tracking, over-eating, laziness, whatever).
-
Always looking to add more motivated people...we all need the support
-
I'm near Toronto. Recently got back to tracking, etc. Feel free to add me!

Hi! I'm doing the whole30 for the first time this month but not starting for a couple of weeks. Currently reading through the book and planning recipes.
-
Feel free to add me too
-
I'm starting Whole30 in mid-September. I'm a bit nervous but excited to try!
-
Anyone can feel free to add me on fitbit too. [edited by mods]

I'm in too! I started it a few weeks ago and then stopped after 10 days. Need to start again.
-
I've got a reminder set on my computer at work for this same reason! If I didn't, the day would fly by and I'd barely stand up. I find that it really helps.
-
I sadly had to resist eating ice cream today. Didn't have the calories for it...poor planning!
-
open diary here too. feel free to add me.

hi! feel free to add me too - jenniferp3639@outlook.com

Me too. It sucks. I have been trying very hard to work through it and not give in. I don't have any solid tips for you though. It's really about distraction for me. Also, if I haven't already logged my food for the day, I'll log it and try to convince myself that I don't want to ruin my day just because I'm feeling…

Hi - I'm from Ontario too. Anyone feel free to add me.
-
I log daily too and have my food diary open to friends. Feel free to add me :)

Don't feel bad. I work in an office so I'm sitting most of the day. A typical workday only gets me 3000 steps. At least with the nicer weather I spend my morning and afternoon 15 minute breaks walking around outside. My evening workout will add some steps. Other than that, I get up and jog on the spot during commercial…
