Those DVDs are great! I still use them sometimes too. The first time I lost a ton of weight, those DVDs were the only exercise I did and they were a huge help.

I love my Under Armor bras! Well worth every penny.

If I'm honest with myself, most night time snacking is because I'm bored/sitting in front of the TV. So I avoid it most days and eat most/all of my calories during the day and then dinner. I'm also in bed by 10pm so my evenings aren't that long which makes it easier to avoid eating junk.

I've eaten a lot of crazy food but I still can't stomach cottage cheese and oysters.

I'm on day 3! A friend had lent me the dvd ages ago and I found it in my basement. So I'm giving it a try and I really like it so far. I can see why people say it works for them! Good luck :)

Feel free to add me too. Always up for new friends, support and motivation!

I'd settle for anywhere tropical right now. Unlimited drinks, pool, sun and I'm good.

I log in and track every day. Feel free to add me too :)

JIP are my initials which turned into jipster, a nickname I've had for years.

Feel free to add me too! I'm 42 and trying really hard to lose this last 10-15 pounds. I log my food everyday with an open diary.

I'm with everyone here who mentioned baking or roasting broccoli with some olive oil and sea salt. I roast it in the oven with cauliflower and chick peas on baking sheets. So good! Then I mix it all together. For extra deliciousness, drizzle a tablespoon of Asian sesame salad dressing on top. And if you need more…

toronto area here too.

I love the recipe builder on here and use it all the time.

I'm not sure if they're considered cheesy - but I watch them over and over: Uncle Buck Devil Wears Prada Strange Brew (ok, this one is definitely cheesy!) Pretty in Pink

I'm just under 5'8" and my goal is 160. A few years ago I got down to 147 and it was impossible for me to maintain. And I look back at photos and i can see now that it was too low of a weight for me.

I don't sync up my fitbit with MFP because the calorie burn it comes up with is never accurate (at least for me).

I've had those days too - where you've been so good with your eating, etc. and you feel great. So you think oh I've lost weight for sure. Then you weigh yourself and you've gained or stayed the same. So not motivating. But I find that eventually the scale will start to show the changes. While the number on the scale isn't…

I know it's not always easy, but try to keep an open mind and keep trying new foods or give foods that you dislike another chance. I love the comments above about finding new ways to enjoy foods you haven't liked in the past - great advice! It's worth it in the long run, makes things so much easier. I know that can be…

Definitely recommend the Shock Absorber!!

I used to eat canned tuna for lunch all the time, but could never get used to the one in water, I prefer canned in oil, well drained. I used to eat it plain or with avocado - that's pretty good!

You are definitely not alone. It's so frustrating. I don't understand why I have these moments where I can't control myself. I'm not hungry, I'm not enjoying stuffing my face and yet I keep eating.

Whatever I make for dinner one night, I portion out the rest and freeze it in smaller portions for future lunches. Things like an egg frittata, pasta bake or chicken breast - they all freeze well and it makes it so much easier in the morning.

Great idea! I'm in!

feel free to add me too! extra motivation always helps and is appreciated!

Bought the Special K cracker chips last week, I think they are a great substitute! Same with popchips.

Feel free to add me too! Best of luck:)

I lost a lot of weight on WW years ago and I do believe it works. I attended meetings (didn't do the online only thing) and that really helped me. That being said, like an earlier poster said - I got tired of paying the high monthly fees. I have only been on MFP for a few weeks, but I love the vibe here. I think the food…

I hear you! It is discouraging when you look at the # on the scale and wonder how you let it get this far. Been there many times! I lost a lot of weight, a couple of times and for the past 2 years or so, I've been struggling with the same 15 pounds. I'm really dedicated for a few weeks, then I cave and eat too much, gain a…
