Great, thanks for the feedback! I'm just going to log it and not worry about it. A couple of pounds here or there aren't going to impact my mental outlook, I just wanted some clarity. Appreciate it!

Make a smoothie with 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and one medium banana. It's around 200 calories. It's delicious and if I drink it at 7:15am on the way to work I'm not hungry until 10:00am.
