I forgot to say my calorie goal is 1200

I am 5'1" and maintain around 118 but always working to get to 115. I walk 6 miles a day and I'm 71. I am working on kicking up my proteisvand cutting down my carbs. I've been a lifetime Weight Watcher for 31 years but I still track my food every day. The journey is never over but I do feel good!
