the days I didnt add food to my diary were days I didnt track but I also didn't go over board either...just didn't track. Like I said 9/10 I under eat

well I am glad I am not the only one. I just think its weird cause 6 years ago when I last tried dieting, I could tell more easily and I could see it no problem. But now its like my stomach is going to be hard to lose. It's like my legs are ready for another pants size down but my tummy is not lol

Between stress from school and a now ex bf, I gained like 40ish lbs in the past 2 years and now I'm trying to lose that weight and then some (I was already a "bigger girl" to begin with), so I think its time for a change for me.
