I really appreciate the tips. Definitely think I will focus on shorter intervals. Will try TV again but I get bored and end up just watching the clock (I sound like I have the attention span if a 5 yr old). I might give audio book a try too.

Yeah that would definitely help but I train late at night and don't want to be running around the streets on my own in the dark with headphones in. Good tip though and on weekend I will give it a whirl.
