Metafit class followed by a finisher which was 10 burpees, 10 long jumps, 20 jumping lunges in a minute x 4 followed by 2 minutes of holding a plank. Rest day tomorrow!

I did 5k run in the treadmill, 10 mins on the stepper and did weights for my back and legs. Tomorrow I'll do 5k run, 10 mins on the stepper or rower and weights for my arms.

Did a horrible metafit class tonight, followed by the trainers finisher which was 3 rounds of 20 push ups, 10 burpees and 5 kettle bell swings, you had 5 mins to do it, I did it in 3:30 so had to hold a plank for the remaining time. Finished me off, I was shaking and felt sick ha ha!!!
