Yes it does happen. When I lost 138 pounds it was during the time I ate the most and had a good metabolism going. I was eating 3 meals and 3 snacks a day at that time. Other then how to use the keyfob I was given no walk through or instructions. :/ my husband is at work during the day and I have 4 kids so can't do the trainer and will only be able to workout at night after my youngest goes to bed. Thank you. I will check those out. :)
