Hi, I'm a mom to 3 kids (16,5,4) With the age gap in kids and being a bit older, I'm finding it so much tougher to lose the weight. I started a diet 2 weeks ago @ 146lbs (now at 140) my goal is 120-125. I'm only 5' tall, so any weight gain is immediately obvious. looking for any motivation I can get. Thanks

I'm contemplating getting a dog just for the excuse to go out walking. Lol My husband works night shift, so I am feeling SOL.

I work during the day when/if they nap, and I'm feeling like when I take them for a walk I'm usually starting and stopping/waiting for them and not really getting a good walk in. Thank you for commenting.
