I joined SW online last week as I can't get to a group with my schedule. I have found it fine, but also use the phone app to get syn values. I also work with someone who has (very successfully) done Slimming World so she is on hand to answer any questions. There are quite a lot of Youtube videos for meal prep, recipes etc.…

I started 24 hour fasting from Eat Stop Eat 5 days ago. I am not training at the moment but I feel so much better. My pt highly recommends Animal Pak. It is a little bag of everything you need if you train hard. About 12 tablets in total but you don't have 12 bottles of vitamins cluttering the cupboard. One little bag, once a day and you're done. Make sure to have plenty of water when you take them.
