I am in!! I want to lose 15-20lbs by Christmas :)

I went up 0.2lbs but I am not unhappy about that. I didn't have a good weekend and think it could have been a whole lot worse! I am back on track and feel great:)

I haven't been eating back my extra calories, but if I do happen to go over calories and into the ones I earned through exercise that is fine.

I agree with what everyone has written. It was one day. You wrote it down, owned it and have moved on. Good for you! You can do this.

Hi there! You can add me as a friend if you like. 20lbs by Oct is a lot! Good luck!! I have my wedding in May and I am looking to lose 15lbs by then. I keep losing and gaining the same few pounds. Sept is the start of back to school and it is the start of my journey. I am going to journal my food and activity every day!

Georgetown, Ontario! You can add me as well :)

I understand what you are going through. I tend to do this as well, especially after quitting smoking 8 months ago. It is the evenings that are the worst for me. Thanks for the great advice, Pink Pixie and everyone else. All great ideas.

Really??? I feel like we just had Christmas! I am still trying to figure out where the summer went.

Ugh...I am struggling with consistency. I am good about tracking during the week, but tend to stop tracking on the weekend which turns into a week....I am losing and gaining the same 5lbs! It is time to get serious, peeps! I am getting married in May. I have a 15lb weight loss goal (doesn't sound like much, but it has been…

I am with you!! I was doing well, but the last 2 weeks completely fell off the wagon. Stopped tracking, eating cookies like I was never going to be able to eat them (which is very unlike me!) and haven't been consistent with exercise. Well, now the beginning of Sept and I need to get back on track! My goal is to lose 15-20…

I love the video! Now when I feel like grazing, I will think of that skit, lol! I think there are a lot of great suggestions. I do well for a bit, log my food and then totally get off track to yet start again. It is the beginning of Sept, the start of a new school year and I have decided to make this the start of my…

Train for a look, not a number on a scale!

I have been thinking of this a lot lately (even bought a book on setting goals). I am getting married in the spring in the Dominican and I want to look awesome. I have been working with a personal trainer for the last year and have seen some big improvements in my strength and my physical capabilities (and my body…

Hi! I am 43 years old, mother of 2 daughters and getting married in just less than a year! Last March I was at my heaviest and decided enough was enough and made some big changes in my life. I quit drinking alcohol over a year ago and finally quit smoking in January. I have been working with a personal trainer since last…
