  • I Cannot give you a program but what I can do is assure you, you should not have any problems lifting. I had the same OP and six weeks after went back to squatting and deadlifting. Squatting now is at 140 kg and deadlift is at 180 kg (for pounds ×2.2) I am male and 56 years old and train 6 x a week.
