Thank you all for the great tips! I am seeing a specialist. I'm starting to watch what I eat and log it. So far I've lost 2 lbs. I do walk a least a mile a day. Baby steps but I'm determined to loose the weight!

I'm new too. I have asthma. And it's been pretty bad these past few years. So I'm trying to get in shape so someday I can run and breathe. I've started walking and using this app to watch what I eat. Hoping we can motivate each other. :smile:
