21 days difference!

What's crazy is when you have a day where you splurge and eat like you did before and you want to die because you feel so sick. Experiencing that today. Make me never want to do it again!

Tricking your mind is the way to go. I only use super small plates for dinner now. The appearance of more food makes me happy

Didn't notice a difference because it was all gone from my back. Feeling a LOT better now that I see it.

First months progress, nothing too drastic but I'm so happy! Almost 8 pounds down, 43 more to go!

Ok I jumped the gun with my Sally sob post. Thankfully was able to recover my initial pictures and just took new ones to compare and I am shocked at the amount of back fat gone! I will have to post pictures...but blur out my big butt in my skivvies!

I NEVER read labels before...since I've been weighing everything now, I get excited to weigh something new and see how off the serving suggestions are. Butter was my thing....I loveeeeee fresh bread and butter. I really was ignorant cause I had no idea butter was filled with so many calories. It's embarrassing how little…

I'm 5'3, starting weight was 185, I'm now at 177. 50 pounds is my rough goal, I feel like I might look unhealthy if I lose that much, but since I haven't been 50 pounds lighter since before I was 16 and obviously my body has changed dramatically in 4 years, I don't know how it'll look 50 (now 43) pounds lighter. So I'm…

I usually allow for extra calories at night depending on what I want for dinner. I more so meant for when you aren't hungry and there is no point in snacking yet you want to anyway. Therefore - pointless

I've been having the same issue too. Mostly on my home feed when I try and comment on a friends post

Bread. Haha I've done really good at keeping cruddy food out of my house. Started staying on the outer isles of the grocery store. We don't buy any processed food really. I don't think my problem is junk food...because I don't eat it often. It wasn't until I started weighing my food that I realized I was just really over…

Working in a bakery makes it difficult yes :/ thankfully though the need to eat everything there isn't constant because I've been there a while and the cupcakes are less appealing.

I don't doubt the doctors know what they are doing...that wasn't the question. The question was how is this going to affect my weight loss when I'm back to my everyday lifestyle. Thanks though....

I went and bought one last night. I was shocked this morning when I weighed my cereal and it was wayyy over what the box said it was.

I've been entering my own home recipes. Usually I scan barcodes and adjust if necessary as well. Guess I'm going to be buying a food scale tonight. How long should I keep at this before potentially seeing a result? A month?

I'm not working with a trainer anymore, but I'm still following the workout plan I had when I was. I just don't want all of my effort to be in vain because I'm consuming 400 calories more than what MFP suggested.

I don't weigh, but I do measure everything out. Moderately active I think is what I put. A pound per week I haven't been eating my excersise calories back. 20, 5'3 and pushing 185lbs I'm trying to lose 50lbs I started back in March doing the 1200...about a month and a half in was suggest 1600.

I want this! Add me!!
