I am currently at 163lbs. Had a really bad day on Friday but I am determined to make my mini goal on the 6th!

My current weight is 162.6. I gained weight this week and I think I now finally understand how to lose weight. So hopefully next week I will be down to 160!

I was unable to weigh in today because I wasn't able to get to a scale. I was traveling home from the Air Force Half Marathon that I ran on Saturday. But I will be sure to post my weight tomorrow I hope that is acceptable. Thanks :)
