Cardio is out I know because I'll start coughing again, but I have been trying to do a set of 10 or 15 squats every time I think about it. Not sure it helps, but better than nothing.   • I have noticed that also. That's one reason I am using MFP only to keep track of calories and nutrients consumed and relying on my Microsoft Band to tally up calories burned.
