I wanted to get feedback from the community to see what was happening in regards to sugar. I personally am not looking to do this long term but I am at the beginning of my journey and I believe it would be a good start to reduce sugar intake.

Cook in low salt-no msg chicken broth with garlic until tender and juice is evaporated. Add tablespoon of butter to coat.

I will add Jay Robbs chocolate Whey or Egg white protein with almond coconut milk. Mix in blender or with hand blender. Vitacost carries it at good price. Good luck
