This community is one of the best I've seen yet, I usually don't get this much help in other places. I appreciate everyone's input. I'm going to try to get a scale today, I would much rather prep my food, my issue with meal prep is I get bored eating the same thing daily.

Wow thanks for the quick replies guys, I haven't quite understood how to meal prep with the food scale yet, but when I do learn it I will definitely prep my food.. I'm using subway and dunkin just to give this calorie tracker thing a chance.. as for selecting the foods, I usually add the versions with the most calories…
