I searched through people's blogs and it seems like you burn anywhere from 150-250 during her early workouts. This is fluctuant based on weight and HR.

Hi! I just completed week 1 of BBG! I love the workouts. I'm still not sure about what to do for LISS workouts besides the obvious-running/walking. what are you guys doing?
