Try a different kind of sauces? Cook fruit jelly and balsalmic vinegar with onions and peppers and thyme/rosemary. Make a sauce with other bases, less fat, like mustard or something.

Sorry you are going through this, it is exasperating. I have been through it too. I lost 30 lbs originally through Weight Watchers when I was 18, and people started to panic, even WW threatened to throw me out of the program for being underweight, which I was only like 1 lb under goal. People said I didn't need to work out…

I juggle these around during the week. Breakfast 1 and 5 are when I'm really not hungry. I don't like making or eating breakfast. 1) 15 almonds for protein 2) Berries (6 oz of blueberries or raspberries) 3) Yogurt 4) Other fruit like a banana, 1/2 melon, or any citrus 5) 2 cups of coffee and tons of water

^^ thats me, only with ketchup... or ranch... or honey mustard... or BBQ sauce .... or anything really. I'm guilty of being a sauce-o-holic. I dip everything. :(

If you're tempted - go brush your teeth. Seriously. It works. Everything tastes terrible after that.

I have to eat when I get to work, I can't eat until I have been awake for a while. I bring Activia Yogurt and a container of blueberries. Easy, quick - can change up the flavors of yogurt.

Nevermind, I added the exercise. Anyone else doing this?

I had one as well, and yes the weight is easier to put on/keep on. But keep trying! PS - for everyone with the night sweats and hot flashes - you can buy cinnamon capsules and take them to stop the sweats and maintain temp. :) It can lower blood sugar, not drastic, but even so check with your Dr if you have any sugar…

If you have access to a pool, that would probably be best, it helps with less impact when you're walking or exercising, etc. Have you thought about going to a physical therapist for a bit, to heal? Good luck!

Add me if you like. I've about 50-60 lbs to lose. I know your pain of loss coupled with health issues - we can encourage one another.
